Our bodies have a wonderful way of telling us when we’ve been doing too much.
Tight shoulders. A stiff neck. An aching back. Or sometimes simply that feeling that you desperately need to stop for a while.
Massage gives you permission to do exactly that.
Classic Massage · 20, 30 or 60 min
Sometimes twenty minutes is exactly what you need. Sometimes an hour disappears far too quickly.
Your massage is adapted to you — focusing on the areas that need attention and adjusting the pressure according to what feels right for your body.
Tired muscles are worked, tension is encouraged to soften and, perhaps most importantly, you’re given a little space to simply be still.
Choose your treatment time depending on whether you need focused attention or a more complete massage experience.
Your shoulders can come down now.
Signature Massage with Reflexology · 90 min
This one is special.
My Signature Massage combines the flowing, therapeutic movements of massage with the deeply relaxing experience of reflexology.
It gives us time — something that’s often missing from shorter treatments.
Time to work through areas of tension. Time for your breathing to slow. Time for your mind to stop racing ahead to the next thing on your list.
And finally, time devoted to your feet through reflexology.
Ninety minutes designed not simply to work on your body, but to help you completely switch off.
No rushing. No to-do list. Just you.
Reflexology · 60 min
There’s something wonderfully grounding about having your feet treated.
Using gentle, purposeful pressure on specific areas of the feet, reflexology offers an opportunity to slow down, relax and reconnect with your body.
You don’t need to do anything.
Just settle back, get comfortable and let your feet receive some attention for a change.
Sometimes the best way to feel grounded is to start with your feet.
Back Exfoliation · 20 min
The part of your skin that’s particularly difficult to reach deserves some attention too.
This focused treatment deeply cleanses and exfoliates the back, helping to remove the build-up of dead skin cells and leaving the skin feeling smoother, cleaner and refreshed.
A lovely little treatment on its own or alongside a massage.
Because skincare shouldn’t stop at your shoulders.
Extra Massage Time
Not quite ready for your massage to end?
Neither are most people.
Add a little extra time and give me longer to work on those areas that need attention — or simply enjoy a few more precious minutes before returning to the real world.
Future you will be very pleased you added this.
